Refund policy
Address Changes:
If you would like to change your shipping address, and the item has not yet shipped, please e-mail info@haiyatea.com with your order number, the old address, and the new address you would like us to ship the product(s). Please note that if a delivery address is incorrect or you are unreachable for a delivery, a re-delivery fee will be applicable to send your order out again.
We cannot guarantee the address change will be done in time but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns and Exchanges
Once an order has been placed and paid for, if for any reason you need to change an item, please email us on info@haiyatea.com or leave a message to us via the Chat option on our website. Exchanges are only allowed if an order has not yet shipped, and is subject to our discretion.
We do not accept returns on any items unless through exceptional cases an item has been damaged or has been compromised in quality. In these cases, please email us with your order number and a photograph of the item in question for our team to investigate further.
Refunds
You can refund your order before it has been shipped. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
