Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During weekends or public holidays, dispatch may take 2–3 days. If you have not received your order within one week of placing your order (with the exception of public holidays), then please reach out to us with your order details and we will be happy to assist.
Approximate timeline for deliveries is as follows:
- Dubai: 1-2 days
- All other emirates: 2-3 days
- Remote areas (within the UAE): 5-7 days
- GCC orders: 5-10 days
- International orders: 5-14 days
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm Dubai time. We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day, with a 2–3-day allowance during weekends or public holidays.
Please note that International orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in the destination country. These fees must be paid separately by you in order to release your shipment.
If for any reason your order has not been collected or shipped within 60 days of the order being placed, the order will become void and refunds will not be allowed. Please ensure that you reach out to the team in due time if an order has not been received.
