Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders between 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or after fulfillment hours will be processed the following working day. If you have not received your order within one week of placing your order (with the exception of public holidays), then please reach out to us with your order details and we will be happy to assist.
Approximate timeline for deliveries is as follows:
- Dubai: 2-3 days
- All other emirates: 3-5 days
- Remote areas (within the UAE): 5-7 days
- GCC orders: 5-10 days
- International orders: 5-14 days
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm Dubai time. Orders placed within these hours will be fulfilled the next day. Any orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that International orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in the destination country. These fees must be paid separately by you in order to release your shipment.
If for any reason your order has not been collected or shipped within 90 days of the order being placed, the order will become void and refunds will not be allowed. Please ensure that you reach out to the team in due time if an order has not been received.
