Hojicha Coconut Float

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ml sweetened coconut flesh
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 1 piece large ice cube
  • 70 Hojicha cream 
  • Hojicha Powder

 Hojicha Cream

  • 2 tsp Hojicha Powder
  • 45 ml heavy cream
  • 15 ml milk
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup

Procedure:

  1. Make the Hojicha Cream by mixing Heavy Cream, Milk and Vanilla Syrup in a glass and adding the Hojicha Powder. Mix using a milk frother until foamy.
  2. Add Sweetened Coconut Flesh in a glass.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Add Coconut Water and top with Hojicha Cream.
  5. Garnish with Hojicha Powder.
