Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ml sweetened coconut flesh
- 200ml coconut water
- 1 piece large ice cube
- 70 Hojicha cream
- Hojicha Powder
Hojicha Cream
- 2 tsp Hojicha Powder
- 45 ml heavy cream
- 15 ml milk
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
Procedure:
- Make the Hojicha Cream by mixing Heavy Cream, Milk and Vanilla Syrup in a glass and adding the Hojicha Powder. Mix using a milk frother until foamy.
- Add Sweetened Coconut Flesh in a glass.
- Add ice.
- Add Coconut Water and top with Hojicha Cream.
- Garnish with Hojicha Powder.
