Ingredients:
- 30 ml Lavender Syrup - 1:1 Ratio Simple Syrup (Sugar & Water) & Lavender
- 60 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 Scoops Ice
- 180 ml Cold Milk
- 45 ml Matcha
- 45 ml Lavender Cream
Procedure:
- In a mixing glass, whisk together Lavender Syrup & Heavy Cream until frothy or to the desired consistency.
- Fill a rock glass with 2 scoops or 2/3 full of Ice.
- Add the milk to the glass and pouring the Matcha slowly over the milk & Ice.
- Carefully top the mixture with the Lavender Cream.
- Garnish with Lavender flower & stem.
