Lavender Matcha Latté

 

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Lavender Syrup - 1:1 Ratio Simple Syrup (Sugar & Water) & Lavender
  • 60 ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 Scoops Ice
  • 180 ml Cold Milk
  • 45 ml Matcha
  • 45 ml Lavender Cream

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing glass, whisk together Lavender Syrup & Heavy Cream until frothy or to the desired consistency.
  2. Fill a rock glass with 2 scoops or 2/3 full of Ice.
  3. Add the milk to the glass and pouring the Matcha slowly over the milk & Ice.
  4. Carefully top the mixture with the Lavender Cream.
  5. Garnish with Lavender flower & stem.
