Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Matcha Ice Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream
- 30 ml Koicha (5 tsp Matcha & 20 ml Water)
- Lemon Peel
Procedure:
- Make the Koicha by sifting 5 tsp Matcha using a fine strainer and adding 20 ml Water and whisking until smooth and silky
- Put the ice cream in a glass and top with Koicha.
