Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Orange Segment (cut into small cubes)
- 300 ml Orange Juice
- 45 ml Usucha (3 tsp Matcha & 45 ml Water)
- Orange Slice
- Rosemary Sprig
- Ice
Method:
- Make the Usucha by sifting 3 tsp Matcha using a fine strainer and adding 45 ml Water and whisking until frothy.
- Add Orange Segment in a glass.
- Fill 2/3 of the glass with ice.
- Add Orange Juice and top with the Matcha.
- Garnish with Orange Slice and Rosemary Sprig
