Matcha & Orange

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Orange Segment (cut into small cubes)
  • 300 ml Orange Juice
  • 45 ml Usucha (3 tsp Matcha & 45 ml Water)
  • Orange Slice
  • Rosemary Sprig
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Make the Usucha by sifting 3 tsp Matcha using a fine strainer and adding 45 ml Water and whisking until frothy.
  2. Add Orange Segment in a glass.
  3. Fill 2/3 of the glass with ice.
  4. Add Orange Juice and top with the Matcha.
  5. Garnish with Orange Slice and Rosemary Sprig
