Matcha & Soda

 

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml Soda Water
  • 45 ml Usucha (3 tsp Matcha & 45 ml Water)
  • Lemon Peel

Procedure:

  1. Make the Usucha by sifting 3 tsp Matcha using a fine strainer and adding 45 ml Water and whisking until frothy.
  2. Fill 2/3 of the glass with ice.
  3. Add Soda Water and top with the Matcha.
  4. Garnish with Lemon Peel.
