Maison Dali x Horii Shichimeien Chef’s Menu

Maison Dali and Horii Shichimeien will present a tea-pairing degustation menu, highlighting the complex value tea can add to a sophisticated meal. Guests can expect pairings such as a sake-style cold infused Genmaicha served with tuna tartare, and Gyokuro Mizudashi and Ocha alongside octopus and wakame. The evening concludes with an Usucha prepared tableside by President Horii himself, served in handcrafted Asahiyaki Chawans sourced from Uji.

Akira Back x Horii Shichimeien Menu Experience

Chef Giovanni Ledon, Head Chef of Akira Back, will host a one-night culinary journey built together with Horii Shichimeien’s finest teas, featuring immersive experiences such as gyokuro served across cold, ice, and warm brews paired with modern Japanese dishes such as kinmedai with tomato tosazu and Hokkaido scallop with gyo tori consommé.

Chado Ceremony with Chi-KA Art Space

In partnership with Chi-KA, guests will
experience a traditional Chado ceremony that honors the heritage of Uji matcha. Within Chi-Ka’s contemporary kimono and art space, participants will witness the etiquette, philosophy, and sensory appreciation that define the Japanese Way of Tea. This is a rare opportunity to taste Horii Shichimeien matcha in its purest form while browsing through kimono-inspired abayas and engaging with both the tea and the handcrafted bowls that elevate the experience.
