Aya no Mori, named after an ancient tea garden that predates the Uji Shichimeien and was established by the Muromachi Shogunate, is a superb usucha matcha perfect for daily enjoyment. It presents a rich, full-bodied flavor profile featuring creamy, subtly nutty, and gently toasted notes. The lingering, satisfying aftertaste sets it apart, offering a more robust and rounded character compared to Ryo no Kage. For optimal flavor balance, brew at 85°C (185°F), as cooler water may accentuate bitterness. Net weight: 20g
