This first-harvest matcha is sourced from the upper mountains of Yabe village in Yame District, Fukuoka, Japan, at an altitude of 600 meters. It is produced by the Harashima Family.
Carefully shaded for about four weeks before its spring harvest, this matcha achieves a balance between astringency and umami and holds up well with milk.
 Crafted from pure green tea leaves, it reflects traditional cultivation methods by the Harashima family, delivering a bold flavor ideal for use in lattes or beverages.Â
