This Akatsuki Minoyaki Porcelain Matcha Bowl with Pouring Lip is great for preparing matcha for lattes or cocktails.

Designed by a subsidiary of major Minoyaki manufacturer Koyotoki (a brand focused on Barista and Tea Professionals) this matcha bowl features a pouring lip allowing you to pour the matcha into smaller cups or glasses.

The matte glaze was chosen to give the bowl a craft feel, but because it was designed for professional use. This bowl is made to be sturdy with heavy use in cafes.
