Tea master Nishide-san sources the Tencha for this from a certified organic tea farm in Nara Prefecture to craft this refined yet full-bodied organic matcha.
Comprising primarily of green tea leaves harvested in spring, this blend features approximately 70% Tencha from Nara, complemented by select leaves from Kagoshima and Kyoto. The cultivars in this blend include mainly Yabukita, alongside Okumidori and others, carefully blended to ensure a consistent and balanced flavor profile.
