Know your tea: This Mao Feng Green tea comes from the Meng Ding Mountain in Sichuan. This beautifully complex tea is produced by folding fresh gardenia flowers in with the tea leaves for 12 hours, and repeating this process 5 times with a fresh batch of flowers. The result is one of the most incredibly green teas we’ve ever come across, and most certainly one of our favorites. Expect a yellowish liqueur of varying shades depending on how strong you steep the tea.

Preparation
We encourage you to experiment with the amount of leaves, amount and temperature of water, and infusion times to reach your preferred strength of tea, but here's a suggestion for this particular tea:
Brewing time & temp: 80 degrees, 30-45 seconds first infusion, reinfuse 5-6 times
