All of these products are by Maruyoshi, the only Japanese retailer and wholesaler specialized in hojicha. As a locally based wholesaler, their network of contracted farmers adds up to about 125 acres of farmland. Maruyoshi purchase about 30% of the total production volume from these farms, allowing them to select the ideal tea leaves for hojicha.
