Lyre's Sparkling Cold Brew Hamper
If you look hard enough, there is always something to celebrate! Although we find a Mizudashi (cold brew) to be a perfectly refreshing beverage as is, we do love pairing it with our favorite Lyre's non-alcoholic sparkling for the special festivities and celebrations to toast to!
10g of your favorite loose-leaf HAIYATEA
750ml Room Temperature or chilled water
1 bottle Lyre’s Classico
- Place the loose-leaf tea into in the cold brew bottle and pour the water on top.
- Refrigerate for 6-72 hours, depending on how strong you want the taste. The finished product will be your Mizudashi (cold brew).
- In a champagne flute, pour 2 parts Lyre’s Classico and 1 part Mizudashi.
- Clink glasses with your friends and enjoy!
